In this role, you will prepare and process service requests for any terminal-related concerns, coordinate service concerns and requirements with the Technical Department and/or Service Fulfillment Division, and prepare all required billing documentation for the Finance Department.

You will also exert best effort to meet quality objectives, implement and/or carry out quality improvement activities, and function as an Account Coordinator, as formally and officially defined by the immediate superior or executive management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Team Leaders and Supervisors with terminal-related concerns
  • Prepare and process service requests
  • Coordinate service concerns and requirements with Technical Department and/or Service Fulfillment Division
