Job Description

We are seeking an IT Consultant to join our Engineering Applications team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for supporting and servicing business solutions in the area of Engineering Applications. This includes coordinating external service providers, tracking and controlling Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Service Quality, and collaborating with other teams and competence centers.

  1. You will work closely with external vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet our business requirements.
  2. You will track and control SLAs and Service Quality to ensure that our business needs are met.
  3. You will collaborate with other teams and competence centers to foster collaboration and cooperation.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Information & Communication Technology or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in IT or a related field.
  • Experience in managing mid-size and larger projects in an international environment.
