Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is at the heart of how we connect with our audience, drive trends, and amplify the magic of weddings worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to create engaging content and build vibrant online communities. They will be responsible for developing and executing a social media content calendar that aligns with our voice, values, and campaigns.

  • Content Creation & Curation: Develop visually stunning and emotionally captivating content (photos, videos, graphics, reels, written posts) tailored to each platform. Source and curate wedding trends, lifestyle inspiration, and community-generated content.

  • Scheduling & Publishing: Manage and schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn for maximum engagement. Ensure timely, consistent publishing in line with trending moments, cultural events, and campaign timelines.

  • Community Management: Build and nurture a strong connection with our audience, creating meaningful conversations and engagement. Collaborate with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors to expand our global reach.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, audience growth, and content trends. Provide actionable insights to refine strategies and campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.

  • Experience: 2+ years in social media management, ideally in weddings, fashion, lifestyle, or entertainment.

  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
    • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a flair for wedding and lifestyle narratives.
    • Proficiency in design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
    • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Zoho Social, Publer).
    • Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics, trends, and cultural moments.
