Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical SAP SD CCM Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving system issues, configuring systems, conducting user acceptance testing, validating changes, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with the technical team to ensure smooth system upgrades and updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve system issues by gathering requirements, creating change plans, and defining test plans for system fixes and enhancements.
  • Configure approved changes, write functional specifications, coordinate with developers, and perform testing.
  • Ensure business users test and approve changes before implementing them in production without disrupting existing functionality.
  • Validate changes to confirm they meet business requirements and new processes work effectively.
  • Maintain documentation for system changes, including configuration, process design, business procedures, and training materials.
  • Perform activities like IDoc and batch job monitoring to ensure systems and interfaces function properly.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to validate system upgrades, updates, and refreshes on schedule.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in SAP FICO and related modules.
  • Primary Process / Technical Skills - Condition Contract Management (Rebates), Accounts receivable.
  • Secondary Business Process - Transfer pricing, Intercompany, Procurement, Billing, Stock Transfers Technology.
  • SAP S4 HANA, FIORI, Blackline, ServiceNow.
