Eco-Friendly Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Eco-Friendly Operations Director to lead our sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with ISO standards.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of sustainability strategies, managing risks associated with environmental practices and collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to integrate sustainable practices into our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compliance programs and audits to maintain high standards in accordance with ISO 150001 and OHSAS 18001
• Manage the IMS integrated system of the Company and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed
• Identify potential risks related to sustainability and environmental impact and develop strategies to mitigate these risks
• Develop and oversee the implementation of sustainability initiatives and collaborate with other departments to integrate sustainability into all aspects of processes
• Track and report on the progress of sustainability programs and set and achieve sustainability targets aligned with the company's goals
• Communicate the company's sustainability efforts and achievements to employees, customers, and stakeholders and foster relationships with regulatory agencies, non-profits, and community organizations
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events related to sustainability

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with at least 10 years of managerial experience in compliance and sustainability, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of ISO standards and a track record in sustainability management, carbon emissions reduction, and environmental compliance.
