Chief Financial Operations Specialist

We are looking for a seasoned accounting professional to lead and own our internal finance and accounting operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in U.S. GAAP, financial modeling, tax compliance, and audit processes.
This role requires a high level of analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements including the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
- Establish and monitor financial control systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk management.
- Manage vendor invoicing, collections, payroll, and cash flow monitoring.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Professional certification (CPA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a managerial or senior role.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial modeling, and tax compliance.
- Familiarity with audit processes and financial analysis.
