Lead Registrar

We are seeking an experienced Lead Registrar to join our team at Filinvest Group.

This role is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of title-related documents, as well as managing a team of registration specialists to achieve this goal.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Monitoring daily productivity of registration specialists to ensure dockets are prepared within agreed turn-around times.
• Ensuring taxes such as Creditable Withholding Tax (CWT), Real Property Tax (RPT), and Documentary Stamp Tax (DST) are qualified, paid, and payments are liquidated on time.
• Providing ongoing training and mentoring to registration associates to take responsibility for their jobs and goals.
• Delegating responsibility and expecting accountability and regular feedback.
• Managing service providers, Local Government Units (LGU), and Government Agencies (BIR/RD) by setting targets and ensuring they are met.
• Regularly meeting with service providers, LGU, BIR, and RD for updates, issues, and action plans.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in any management course or business/marketing related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

P12,000 - P18,000 per month, depending on experience.
