Job Description:

  • We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounts receivable tasks, including preparing official/collection receipts and deposit slips.
  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Responsibilities include performing bank transactions, organizing and filing accounting reports, and monitoring invoices for review by the Accounting Officer.
  • This role also involves conducting collection pick-ups from customers' offices when necessary and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Assistance with daily collection follow-ups and monthly closing activities is also required.
  • The ideal candidate will be amenable to reporting onsite in Makati City and able to start ASAP.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
  • Experience in accounts receivable or general accounting is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
  • The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Amenability to report onsite in Makati City and ability to start ASAP are also requirements.
