We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist with expertise in digital advertising and analytics.

This role is ideal for someone who understands performance metrics, scaling paid spend, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will be tasked with building and scaling digital ad campaigns that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute high-performing Meta Ads and Google Ads strategies to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth.
  • Set up, manage, and continuously optimize paid campaigns to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Expand reach through LinkedIn and TikTok campaigns where applicable.
Creative & Copywriting
  • Create compelling, conversion-optimized ad copy tailored to each platform and audience.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ideate and test ad variations.
  • Analyze performance to iterate on top-performing content.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
  • Prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Own and track key marketing KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and CAC.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads with proven ability to scale campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in e-commerce performance marketing preferably with direct response campaigns.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Experience in copywriting and ad creative testing for paid acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of attribution, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization principles.
