Job Title: Customer Service Representative

This role is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and deliver exceptional customer service to clients across multiple communication channels.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy, responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  2. Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely solutions, researching internal systems as needed to resolve issues and coordinate with other departments.
  3. Follow client-specific processes, scripts, and compliance protocols, using technology platforms to manage accounts and document interactions.
  4. Evaluate situations and escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate team or supervisor, ensuring first-contact resolution through effective problem-solving.
  5. Maintain confidentiality and protect customer data, meeting attendance, schedule, and performance expectations.

Requirements:

  1. Be at least 18 years old.
  2. Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  3. Speak and write fluently in Spanish and English.
  4. Have a minimum of 6 months' experience in voice, email, and chat support as a Spanish-speaking agent.
  5. Reach a typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy.
  6. Achieve a grammar assessment score ≥ 85% and comprehension score ≥ 90%.
  7. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Familiarize yourself with Windows PC applications and be able to learn new systems.
  9. Show basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  10. Hold experience with CRM platforms, if possible.
  11. Exhibit strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
  12. Show ability to multitask, self-manage, and adapt to change.
  13. Consistently demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
  14. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  15. Demonstrate a team-oriented attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
