Total Shape is seeking a highly skilled Personal Trainer Role to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field and certifications from recognized organizations such as ACE, NASM, ACSM, or NSCA. You will be responsible for evaluating clients' current fitness levels and health conditions, developing customized fitness plans tailored to individual needs and goals, leading one-on-one and group fitness sessions, and offering basic advice on nutrition and healthy eating habits.

We offer a competitive salary range of Php 20,000 to 30,000 a month and a comprehensive benefits package including Health Insurance, Performance Bonus, Paid Leave, and Flexible Work Arrangements. If you are passionate about fitness and wellness, have strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate others, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • • Evaluate clients' current fitness levels and health conditions.
    • Develop customized fitness plans tailored to individual needs and goals.
    • Lead one-on-one and group fitness sessions, demonstrating proper techniques and ensuring safety.

    • Track clients' progress, adjusting exercise plans as needed.

    • Encourage and motivate clients to stay committed to their fitness goals.
