We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Project Coordinator to join our team as the OneS4 EMEA Account to Report Lead. This role is a critical part of our digital transformation journey, driving the implementation of SAP S/4 in EMEA and ensuring seamless integration and efficient account reporting.

This position reports into the OneS4 Global Account to Report Lead and is based at Manila, Philippines. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with stakeholders to drive successful delivery and adoption of the new ERP system.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead the Account to Report scope of One S4 implementation for EMEA region.
  2. Ensure all requirements are captured and relevant business processes are integrated.
  3. Develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of S4 implementation.
  4. Educate teams on the benefits of the new global Consumer OneS4 ERP.
  5. Engage with stakeholders to prepare them and their teams for the OneS4 implementation.
  6. Have end-to-end knowledge on the new design to explain new ways of working.
  7. Gain understanding of EMEA nuances to drive assessment of statutory and tax process adaptations.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. 6-8 years of experience in Account to Report.
  2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, or related field.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
