HR Automation Specialist

As an Automation Developer, you will be trusted to design and deliver high-value automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform. You will take ownership of projects from start to finish – designing, building, testing, and refining automations that make our services faster, simpler, and more engaging for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of automation solutions for high-priority HR needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Create robust, scalable, and maintainable automations with clear documentation.
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to peer reviews to maintain high quality standards.
- Recommend and trial new approaches, tools, or features that could enhance delivery.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience delivering automation solutions with UiPath and/or Power Platform.
- Ability to design solutions that balance impact, maintainability, and ease of use.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Experience supporting colleagues through technical guidance or mentoring.
Desirable qualifications include exposure to ServiceNow HR Service Delivery or other HR systems, interest in AI-driven automation, and knowledge of HR operations and processes.
