Higher Education Partnership Manager

We are seeking a strategic and persuasive Higher Education Partnership Manager to build meaningful connections with colleges, universities, and vocational schools. This individual will foster relationships directly with career advisors, student services, and job placement offices to encourage student participation in the driver platform.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Educational Networks: Reach out to career advisors, student placement centers, and relevant departments at colleges, universities, and trade schools to establish strong partnerships.
  • Presentation and Follow-up: Present the driver opportunity as a flexible income option for students seeking part-time work or entrepreneurial growth. Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person presentations, info sessions, and follow-ups.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of educational institutions and contacts to ensure continued growth and success.
  • Marketing Materials Distribution: Distribute marketing materials (flyers, digital brochures, campus boards) to promote the driver platform.
  • Progress Reporting: Report weekly progress and feedback to the outreach manager or director to track key performance indicators.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and driver onboarding teams to ensure a smooth application process for student referrals.

Qualifications:
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident speaking with professionals and students.
  • Experience: Experience in outreach, recruiting, sales, or community engagement is preferred.
  • Self-motivation: Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage outreach targets independently.
  • Remote Work Comfort: Comfortable working remotely and using basic CRM or tracking tools.
  • Passion for Education: Passion for education, economic mobility, and student success is a plus.
