Our team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join us as Assistant Vice President, Securities and Derivatives Sr. Analyst - Hybrid based in Manila, Philippines.

This role involves working closely with our securities processing team to resolve complex process problems and provide advanced solutions for assigned securities processing areas.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and developing solutions to complex process problems
  • Processing various hedge fund tasks, including calculating net asset value, reconciling cash and holdings, and pricing securities
  • Providing guidance and assistance to junior staff
  • Overseeing the set-up of new hedge funds, while representing a securities processing team, and acting as the analytical and procedural expert
  • Serving as analytical or procedural expert for securities processing deliverables/initiatives
  • Preparing expense budgets, analyzing expense calculations, and preparing unaudited financial statements
  • Ascertain fund value and allocate values to each investor
  • Assisting with the development of new techniques and streamlining hedge fund/securities processing activities

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
