Custody Tax Process Lead

Key Responsibilities:

The Team Lead is responsible for leading the International Withholding Tax team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks, and identifying and mitigating operational risks within the process.

You will process tax reclaims efficiently, close out queries within required deadlines, engage with Global Sub Custodians and Tax Agents, and participate in operational risk assessments.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Strong knowledge of tax operations and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Awareness of risk management principles.
  • Understanding of custodial responsibilities pertaining to withholding tax management.
  • Prior tax experience in Financial Services area is advantageous.
