Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, building relationships with existing customers, and increasing sales revenue in the assigned geographical area.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Establish relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts and negotiate sales agreements.
- Provide sales support to retail stations, including training and coaching on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
