We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Network Engineering Provisioning team. This role involves managing complex provisioning issues, implementing engineering requests for circuit orders, and tracking network inventory.
Main Responsibilities- Responsible for contributing to the Network Engineering Provisioning team managing the complex resolution of provisioning issues.
- Implements Engineering requests for circuit orders in support of objectives for the Backbone, IP and VoIP Networks.
- Coordinates efforts to resolve issues so all orders are completed in a timely fashion.
- Coordinates with Field Operations to schedule Test and Turn Up service.
- Provides project status updates.
- Follows established processes and procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2-5 Years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
