About the Role

As a senior backend developer at Avvoka, you will design and develop high-performance web applications using Ruby on Rails.

You will collaborate closely with remote teams, providing clear and proactive communication to align on project objectives and technical specifications.

In this role, you will lead development of core features, take full responsibility for project execution, quality control, and deployment.

You will also support and mentor junior developers, setting an example in code quality, work organization, and communication.
