Job Description

A Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. This role requires 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) or E-commerce environments.

Paid Advertising
  • Develop strong foundational knowledge of Google Ads, especially Performance Max (PMAX), Shopping, and Search Campaigns.
  • Write compelling ad copy, perform keyword research, and analyze campaign data to improve ROI.
Shopify Management
  • Work confidently with the Shopify Theme Editor and various Shopify apps.
  • Troubleshoot basic Shopify bugs, maintain store hygiene, and resolve Shopify-related customer/order issues.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and Shopify Analytics.
SEO and Organic Traffic Growth
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Semrush, Google Search Console, and Bing Webmaster Tools.
  • Collaborate with SEO agencies to improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, clicks, and CTR.
Email Marketing & Automation
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo.
  • Understanding of key D2C email flows such as Welcome Series, Cart Abandonment, and Lead Magnets.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Google Ads (PMAX, Shopping, Search); Meta Ads is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, GTM, Semrush, and Google Search Console.
  • A sharp eye for copy, design, UX, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
