Client Partnership Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Monitor service delivery quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Prioritize premium customer service experiences.
- Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and develop plans to address them.
- Communicate with the services team to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business-related field or relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in mid-management to senior-management level.
- At least 5 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably with large enterprise accounts.
- Understanding and experience with KPIs, OLAs, and SLAs.
