Senior Auditor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of audit experience, a CPA certification, and strong knowledge of internal control frameworks and SOX compliance.

  • Audit Planning: Plan and execute SOX audits per plan or management/Audit Committee requests.
  • Audit Execution: Document and analyze audit evidence to support findings.
  • Audit Reporting: Prepare clear, accurate audit workpapers and reports.
  • Control Gap Identification: Identify control gaps and track remediation efforts.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors.
  • Internal Control Advisory: Advise on internal control best practices and promote audit awareness.
  • Business Acumen: Stay current on business operations, IT, and industry standards.
  • Communication: Communicate audit insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Risk Assessment: Assess emerging risks and promote data analytics and automation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
