Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst - Learning Performance to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing learner performance data, evaluating training curriculum effectiveness, and partnering with learning leaders to implement solutions.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business acumen, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with instructional designers, trainers, and leadership teams to analyze trends and patterns in training and operational performance data.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting performance and learner data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
  • Performing root-cause analyses on performance deviations and outliers
  • Translating complex analytical findings into clear, concise narratives and recommendations
  • Partnering closely with instructional designers, trainers, and leadership teams to implement data-driven learning solutions
  • Presenting insights to stakeholders through intuitive dashboards and reports

You will also have the opportunity to participate actively in all phases of project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, data analysis, benchmarking, testing, validation, and rollout.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Education, or a related field
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing complex datasets and translating insights into meaningful business recommendations
  • Solid proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data manipulation techniques
  • Proven ability to clearly and effectively communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
