ING Group is seeking a Customer Journey Strategist to join its Wholesale Data Management and Analytics Platform. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive business value and improve customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and analytics, with experience in Credit Risk data gathering and modeling. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for the Data Management and Analytics Platform
  • Managing stakeholders and communicating progress, impediments, and priorities
  • Engaging stakeholders with opportunities to improve efficiency or time-to-market
  • Ensuring requirements are dealt with in the relevant backlogs
  • Conducting dialogue with key stakeholders to come up with a roadmap and defined product backlog for continuous improvement
  • Providing guidance on operational necessities and appropriate direction on prioritization
  • Working closely with other Product Owners to achieve overall results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
  • Experience in Credit Risk data gathering and modeling
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complexity into a clear vision and structure
  • Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and consistently in different contexts and cultures
  • Proven knowledge and experience in the area of Data Management and analytics preferred
  • Concrete experience with working in a data and IT driven organization
