Training and Compliance Manager

Key Job Duties:
The Learning Admin Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support for learning management systems, acting as the primary contact for learning and development requirements, and coordinating learning events for a Division in alignment with business priorities.
Detailed Responsibilities:- Process Maintenance: Ensure company processes and procedures are followed when developing and maintaining process documentation.
- Legal Compliance: Comply with relevant legislation, industry codes, and company policies and procedures, including ensuring compliance to data privacy standards.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments or partner with stakeholders to ensure the success of learning and development activities.
- Data Supply: Coordinate with Academy counterparts in providing data and analysis.
- LMS Operations: Administer the day-to-day operations of the LMS and serve as point of contact for technical questions or troubleshooting.
- Training Execution: Work closely with curriculum development teams and training committees to ensure online trainings are set up/configured accurately.
- Regulatory Mandates: Maintain a learning management system (LMS) that meets all regulatory compliance needs and ensure accuracy and integrity.
- System Oversight: Manage Learning System functions which include monitoring of course content, course approvals, ensuring processes are completed within given timeframes.
- Vendor Coordination: Work closely with vendors in managing logistics for various Learning Programs.
