Accounting Operations Manager

Key to success in this position is strong leadership and organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication abilities. We are seeking an experienced Accounting Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports, adhering to accounting standards and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and safeguard company assets.
- Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles within accounting, with a background in a large accounting firm preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
