We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, quantity surveying, and architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading preconstruction activities including takeoff, estimates, scheduling, scope creation, package splitting, tender documentation, and subcontractor communication.
  • Technical oversight of project execution to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Reviewing plans and proposing value-engineered alternatives to optimize project outcomes.
  • Spearheading contract setup and post-contract project management including CSA, budget control, procurement, cash flow, and quality control.
  • Ensuring successful handover processes, operation, maintenance, services, utilities, building control, and warranty management.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Proven track record of success in project management, quantity surveying, or architecture within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of cost estimation, contract management, and architectural design principles.
  • Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Excel, or similar tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills to drive project success.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members.
