Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Supervisor to join our team at RCX Philippines. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff, as well as identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff
  • Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth
  • Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork
  • Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
  • Progress reporting on document status/maintaining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Performing other related duties and activities as required
Requirements
  • Graduate of Psychology or any related course
  • At least 5 years of work experience in HR, 3 years as a Supervisor
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
What We Offer
