Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities for improvement using data-driven insights
  • Analyze large datasets to develop actionable recommendations
  • Design and analyze experiments to uncover drivers of performance
  • Build dashboards and reports in data visualization tools
  • Highlight potential biases in labeling data
  • Collaborate with program managers to translate findings into strategic insights
  • Apply statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques
  • Manage and explore complex datasets
  • Drive process improvements and automation
  • Evaluate and improve business intelligence models
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and R programming languages
  • Applied expertise in statistical modeling and experimental design
  • Experience working with moderate-to-large datasets
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
  • Experience in cloud data environments preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting findings as a subject-matter expert
