Job Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Specialist at Hunter's Hub Incorporated, you will be responsible for providing Level 2-3 support for critical applications, ensuring their stability and performance.

You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within SLAs, escalating to development teams when necessary. Additionally, you will handle incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure effective resolution of problems.

Participate in change and release management processes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Utilize monitoring tools like Dynatrace to proactively identify and resolve potential system issues. Create and maintain reports on application and system performance.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of relevant experience and possess strong Unix, SQL, and Dynatrace skills. They should also have experience with Application Support and understand the separation of duties between L1, L2, and L3 teams.
