Job Title: Tax Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive tax experience, a strong background in U.S. accounting, and a proven track record in leadership, compliance, and client relationship management.

This role requires exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tax Preparation & Compliance: Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses, utilizing Intuit ProConnect Tax Software for tax preparation and filing.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage a team of tax preparation professionals, setting performance expectations and monitoring team performance.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, reviewing tax returns with clients and providing guidance.
Qualifications And Requirements:
  • CPA license is required.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of U.S. accounting experience, with a focus on tax preparation and compliance.
