The Safety and Security Officer will be responsible for preparing, updating, and implementing security contingency plans to address varying security situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement long-term security objectives, targets, and programs to protect company personnel, stakeholders, properties, and business interests.
- Enforce the implementation of economic zone and commercial business house rules and regulations.
- Conduct periodic security inspections to identify physical security defects, vulnerabilities, and associated threats and risks.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of security personnel assigned in Cebu EE Properties and augmentation force to meet set goals and targets of the department.
Requirements:
- BS in Military Education, Criminology, or equivalent.
- Certified Security Professional/Certified Protection Professional or its equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in law enforcement and/or physical security operations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and report writing proficiency.
- Proficient in Cebuano language.
- Willingness to be assigned in various locations.
- Knowledgeable in industrial security operations, Microsoft Applications, and Google Workspace.
