Job Title: Multimedia Designer Expert

The Multimedia Designer Expert will be a key member of VXI's Recruitment Marketing team, responsible for conceptualizing and designing visual content materials for various talent scouting and recruitment marketing initiatives. These include static and video ads published on social media, emailers, posters, flyers, billboards, and out-of-home advertisements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop graphic and animated materials according to stakeholder details and complete projects within given deadlines.
  • Design clear and engaging visual communication materials for print and digital platforms, including digital ads, emailers, posters, flyers, pull-up banners, and other marketing materials.
  • Adhere to the VXI Branding Guidelines for all graphic and animated outputs.
  • Closely collaborate with stakeholders to obtain relevant information about artwork requests.
  • Work with the Creatives team to translate messaging concepts into effective marketing materials.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Advertising Arts and Design, or a closely related field.
  • Have at least three years of experience in the same field.
  • Have an accessible online portfolio and demo reel (if available).
  • Be proficient in software design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and basic knowledge in Autodesk MAYA.
  • Be skilled in Motion Graphic Animation.
  • Knowledge of photo and video shoots is highly preferred.
  • Skills in 3D modeling are a plus.
  • Be proficient in using Mac and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Be able to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines, with excellent organizational skills.
  • Be able to craft and execute a concept with creativity and style, staying abreast of current design trends.
  • Be a self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working with a team.
  • Be energetic, task-oriented, and creative with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Be able to communicate well with others while maintaining respect and professional demeanor.
  • Have the desire to learn and share knowledge with the team to cultivate continuous learning within the Creatives team.
