  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in credit analysis or a similar role within the mortgage or finance industry.
  • Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and CRM software.
  • Strong understanding of commercial loans, income streams, and credit policies.
