Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team at Phil-FIRST Human Resources and Services (FHRS) Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle plumbing, bath accessories, ceiling fan, hardware, and laminates with expertise
  • Develop and maintain excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in sales and inventory management
  • Possess a pleasing personality, with the ability to adapt to new situations and work independently
  • Excellent reporting skills, with the ability to accurately track and report inventory and sales data
  • High school graduate or equivalent, with vocational training or special skills an advantage
  • Willingness to train and learn the job, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in sales and inventory management software
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (if required)
