Job Description

As an Inventory Control Assistant, you will ensure the efficient management and accuracy of inventory within the company. You will monitor, track, and maintain inventory levels, minimizing waste and ensuring products are readily available when needed.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly and weekly reports needed by operations, including shrinkage and high-value items.
  • Daily monitor and settle IMS History.
  • Perform and monitor DC partial adjustments.
  • Witness Zone O sampling.
  • Monitor stores, warehouse, and cold room goods in transit.
  • Perform inventory analysis on problematic SKUs.
  • Involved in Physical Count Activity of stores, warehouse/distribution centers, and cold storage.
  • Perform administrative functions, including filing and documentation.
  • Attend in-store robbery incidents.
  • Handle other tasks assigned by the immediate head from time to time.
Requirements

To be successful as an Inventory Control Assistant, you must have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of any 4-year business course.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Applications, analytical skills, and mathematical skills.
  • Other Requirements: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, must be willing to travel, proficient in MS PowerPoint, open to shifting schedules, trainable, and keen to details.
