Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Workday Payroll Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment of Workday solutions to meet client needs.

This involves architecting, configuring and testing Workday solutions, as well as fostering the development of other consultants by sharing expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expertise in Workday Payroll product suite.
  • Lead or coach others to gather and document client business requirements, design and configure Workday solutions, demonstrate configurations, assist in testing and complete knowledge transfer to clients.
  • Work with client/data conversion team to convert legacy data into Workday.
  • Assist integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and third-party or custom solutions.
  • Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model and coach on product knowledge.
  • Resolve complex tasks/requirements when other team members need support.
  • Facilitate client adoption of Workday best practices.
  • Ensure ongoing client satisfaction, maintaining referenceability and referability once in production.
  • Provide regular status reports to project managers.
  • Innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently.
  • Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications.
  • Ensure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation.
  • Demonstrate computational thinking and construct algorithmic solutions scalable to ongoing client needs.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous education amongst colleagues, mentees and managers.
  • Provide insightful status reports to project managers highlighting risks and improvements in client adoption.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years implementing PATT Solutions.
  • Current active Workday Payroll Certification.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
  • Experience configuring and deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Functional experience in one or more areas: Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to manage against timelines and goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
  • Ability to learn technology quickly.
  • Experience deploying multiple HCM/Payroll projects simultaneously a plus.
