Property Management Assistant Job

We are seeking an accomplished Property Management Assistant to support our leadership team in the U.S. real estate or property management industry.

  • This position requires a highly organized and communicative individual with experience in executive support and proficiency in tools like Hubspot and AppFolio.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, email correspondence, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with property management-related tasks, such as managing listings, preparing contracts, and maintaining compliance.
  • Utilize Hubspot for CRM and social media campaign management (preferred).
  • Use AppFolio to manage property information, payments, and tenant communications (preferred).
  • Answer and manage client phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries or routing them to the appropriate person.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence in handling client and tenant phone calls.
  • Actual experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the U.S. real estate or property management industry.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot and/or AppFolio (preferred).
  • Ability to work in US time zones.
  • Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer.
