Job Title

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Mandarin language support specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our global clients via phone, email, and chat.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Mandarin and English. They should also possess a strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing their queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions to resolve customer issues.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and they are satisfied with the level of service provided.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience as Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin and English both verbal and written. Able to effectively communicate and build relationships with global colleagues and customers.
  • Phone support experience required.
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools required.
  • Willingness to work following the US time zone and attend occasional in-person meetings in Metro Manila required.
  • High-speed and stable primary and internet connection (at least 50 Mbps) required.
