The role of the Chief Human Capital Strategist is critical in driving business success through effective HR strategies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with our business goals, focusing on employee performance and company growth. Strategic HR Leadership is key to achieving this goal, and as the successful candidate, you will lead by example.

As part of your responsibilities, you will oversee workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and retention initiatives to ensure a steady pipeline of skilled employees. Talent Acquisition & Retention is essential to our company's continued growth, and you will play a vital role in shaping this process.

Employee Relations is another crucial aspect of this role, where you will foster a positive work environment, handle employee concerns, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Your ability to build trust and credibility with employees will be essential in maintaining a productive work environment.

Performance Management

You will also be responsible for driving performance evaluation processes, including goal setting, feedback, and employee development plans. Performance Management is critical in identifying areas of improvement and providing opportunities for growth and development.
