Animation Specialist

We're seeking a skilled and creative Animation Specialist to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on turning complex ideas into impactful animations.

You'll help us educate, entertain, and inspire our audience with your expertise in motion graphics and animation design.

  1. Create engaging animations that reflect our brand's tone: bold, clear, energetic, and trusted.
  2. Elevate our visual identity by developing a strong motion design system.
  3. Suggest innovative animation ideas, styles, or approaches that enhance storytelling.
  4. Collaborate closely with producers, editors, and content writers to align visuals with strategic goals.
  5. Optimize animations for performance across platforms.
  6. Stay up-to-date with trends in motion design and bring fresh inspiration to the team.

This role requires:

  • 3+ years of animation and motion design experience (in-house or agency).
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • An eye for detail and design, with the ability to animate both abstract and character-driven content.
  • Solid understanding of pacing, storytelling, and sound design in motion work.
  • Experience with brand-driven animation and social content.
