Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, demonstrating successful HR strategy development and implementation.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, talent management, employee engagement, and labor laws.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform HR strategies and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Able to lead and drive change, influence decision-makers, and facilitate organizational development.
  • Certification in HR is desirable but not mandatory.
  • A strategic mindset, coupled with a customer-centric approach to HR, focused on driving business success through effective HR solutions.
