The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Amenable for Face to Face Interview
- Amenable to working on-site
- Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- At least Highschool Graduate
- 18 years old and above
- At least Conversant / Basic English
- Strong active listening skills, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers
Nice to have:
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
