Job Overview

The role of Marketing Content Manager plays a crucial part in AI Safety Services, enabling model builders to deliver responsible models without compromising speed. This position requires a marketer who can drive pipeline generation, accelerate sales cycles, and establish the company as a trusted voice for safe AI.

Main Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Generation: Develop targeted programs to influence annual pipeline growth.
  • Sales Cycle Acceleration: Equip sellers and Account Executives with campaigns and assets to unblock deals and enhance Average Contract Value (ACV).
  • Awareness Amplification: Position the company as the go-to partner for safe, high-velocity AI services across events, webinars, media, and thought-leadership channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in tech, AI, SaaS, or professional services, with ownership of end-to-end programs.
  • Experience running field, partner, and/or ABM initiatives that supported complex sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to hit pipeline targets and demonstrate clear attribution to bookings or revenue.
  • Closely collaborated with Sales, Product, and Revenue Operations in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with project tools like Asana.
