About the Role:

This is a mid-senior level full-time job opportunity for a skilled BIM professional to develop and maintain accurate 3D models for building services, create high-quality parametric Revit models and libraries for MEP and other AEC assets, and collaborate with project teams to ensure models align with design intent and construction requirements.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain precise 3D BIM models for building services
  • Create high-quality parametric Revit models and libraries for MEP and other AEC assets
  • Collaborate with project teams to guarantee models align with design intent and construction needs
  • Implement effective BIM workflows and processes to enhance project coordination and delivery
  • Perform clash detection and construction coordination tasks
  • Prepare architectural or engineering documentation as necessary
  • Provide expert BIM support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, architecture, or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of Revit drafting/modeling experience
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with demonstrated expertise in content/family creation
  • Strong knowledge of MEP, structural systems, and construction documentation principles
  • Familiarity with Australian Building and BIM standards
  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Autodesk Revit and associated toolsets
  • Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
