Lead a High-Performing Team

We are looking for an experienced leader to head our engineering team responsible for developing scalable, reliable, and secure services that power recurring billing and payment experiences for our global customers.

You will drive the development of cloud-native platforms (Node.js, TypeScript, AWS) and collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, and other cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing engineering team delivering subscription billing and payment infrastructure.
  • Drive execution, architecture, and technical decisions for cloud-native platforms.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define strategy, scope, and priorities.
  • Foster a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with security, reliability, and scalability requirements.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including 3+ years of engineering management.
  • Proven experience building and scaling backend systems, ideally in payments or billing.
  • Strong background in Node.js, TypeScript, and cloud-native development on AWS.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering customer-impacting products.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
