The Role

As our first automation engineer, you will transform manual services into efficient workflows driven by data signals rather than slide decks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the CTO to identify pain points, prioritize ROI, and establish success metrics.
  • Develop and deploy AI-first utilities or integrate them into existing products, measuring their impact.
  • Debug front-end, back-end, and infrastructure issues when agents malfunction.
  • Ensure the secure handling of sensitive data, with zero tolerance for security regressions.
  • Monitor and test cutting-edge models, frameworks, and agent designs.
Essential Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in building and shipping software as a service (SaaS) products.
  • Production experience with AI/ML systems, prompt engineering, and automation orchestration.
  • A rapid prototyping reflex, delivering features in hours rather than days.
  • Previous automation work that demonstrated measurable business value.
  • A security mindset for handling sensitive data.
  • Self-directed and committed to continuous learning.
