Customer Success Professional

The Customer Success Professional role is ideal for a tech-savvy individual with an MBA in Marketing who wants to build a career in customer success.

This professional will be responsible for conducting product demos, managing customer communication, supporting onboarding, and working with CRM tools to ensure client satisfaction and adoption of solutions.

  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and walkthroughs for clients.
  • Support customer onboarding and ensure smooth product adoption.
  • Act as a key communication link between organizations and clients, ensuring queries are resolved promptly.
  • Manage client interactions, updates, and pipelines in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Collect client feedback and provide insights to internal teams for product improvements.
  • Track and report on customer success metrics, adoption rates, and overall account health.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with BSBA, MBA (Marketing/Sales specialization).
  • 6 months to 1 year in customer success, client engagement, or pre-sales roles (internships considered).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (or similar marketing automation tools).
  • Tech-savvy, quick learner, and detail-oriented.
