Vigilance Manager

Lions Pride Security Agency is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Vigilance Manager to oversee security personnel, ensure compliance with security policies, and conduct inspections to maintain high standards of security at client locations.

The Vigilance Manager plays a crucial part in providing safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include:

1. Conducting regular inspections of security personnel to ensure proper conduct, uniform compliance, and adherence to security protocols.
2. Supervising and assessing the performance of security staff, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
3. Reviewing incident reports and conducting investigations as necessary.
4. Ensuring that security equipment (e.g., CCTV, alarms, access control systems) is functional and properly maintained.
5. Monitoring client sites to assess vulnerabilities and recommending security improvements.
6. Liaising with clients to address security concerns and ensure service satisfaction.
7. Coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services in case of incidents.
8. Conducting training sessions for security personnel on updated procedures, safety regulations, and best practices.
9. Ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and the security agency's policies.

Required skills and qualifications include:

1. Proven experience as a Vigilance Manager or in a similar supervisory role in the security industry.
2. A valid Security Officer license is required.
3. A strong understanding of security operations, risk management, and emergency protocols.
4. Knowledge of local security regulations and legal requirements.
5. Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
7. Ability to work in high-pressure situations and handle emergencies calmly.

The salary for this position is approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
