As a Global Payroll Delivery Manager at Risewave Consulting, Inc., you will be responsible for leading the delivery of payroll services across multiple countries. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the delivery of payroll services in 17 countries with approximately 30 pay runs per month.
- Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, including STP, Superannuation, Tax Remittances, and other regulatory requirements.
- Leading a team of approximately 150 resources who service over 75,000 pay slips monthly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in payroll service delivery, preferably in a BPO or Shared Services industry.
- At least 8 years of leadership experience, managing teams of 50+ professionals across multiple geographies.
- Experience in global payroll, preferably ANZ Payroll.
